Day 1 of a semi liquid diet I will only be having water and coffee today and a salad for lunch hoping I get my slim fast powders today as I am going to be having 2 shakes a day and a light dinner full of veg and 3 ounces of a protein. I am diabetic so I will be monitoring my sugars as well will keep a diary so others can see my progress. So today my sugar this morning was 14.5 not good. So here's to day 1 wish me luck.
