I haven't been logging in recently... I went out of town to visit family in St. Louis. And while I didn't eat poorly, I drank quite a bit with my friends! I also skipped the gym for a WHOLE WEEK. I felt totally gross. Since I got back from St. Louis I have been a lot more diligent on getting to the gym and talking walks. I also don't know if I am ready to weigh in b/c I feel like I have either gained or have no change... although I should just get it over with and see whats going on. Anyway, I never like to feel as though I have fallen off the wagon completely. I look at it more like I started rolling off the wagon and caught myself before it got bad! so maybe I will go upstairs, weigh in and deal with it.
