ERR. Fathers day and grand daughters birthday yesterday - she turned 5.
Did really bad, I thought I was eating all the right stuff but I think it was just tooo much. I did not have any bread nor anything battered but still gained the weight. Not too happy.
Still not quitting. I am going to keep going till I get to my goal weight.
