Gosh, I am so excited. This is the lowest weight I have been in the last 15 years.
My goals are not too big, just 5lbs at a time. I have, in the past put really undo able goals for myself and always failed. This time around it is 5-10 lbs at a time.
My next goal is only 5lbs. Hopefully when I get on the scale tomorrow morning I will be at least 0.6 lb down.
From now on every ounce I loose will be a record breaking weight. Man I feel on top of the world
