Good Morning everyone!
Today is the start of day 3 for me. Last night I found it a little difficult. Didn't really feel good. This morning I feel better! I'm trying to be creative with my cooking so I don't get bored. Will be going for our hour long beach walk this morning since it stopped raining and the temp is in the high 60's (wow cold front)! at least for today. I think the oatmeal muffins saved me yesterday. Thanks Christeen! Is anyone eating any fish and if so how are you cooking it? I'm not a big fan but do like scallops, shrimp and sole as well as tilapia. Will check back in later. You guys are keeping me on track, I know I couldn't do it without all of you. Thanks again! Was tempted to get on the scale this morning but resisted. Trying to wait for 1 week!

You are doing great! A beach walk sounds so fantastic. I would wait for a week for the scale thing just because your numbers can go up and down from day to day - I'm just talking for myself...once I start i become a scale slave...lol...You'll be so happy when you do weigh yourself because I now you'll see a great weight loss!!

I agree with Christeen about being a slave to the scale. Sometimes the scale can make you want to give up and throw in the towel. I use my clothes as a guide to monitor my progress. I have decided to weigh myself each week only to post my weight on this site.

You are doing awesome! I would at least finish the first phase before you check out the weight, give you something to strive for! Makes it even better when you see a big number! Keep up the great work!
