Day 2 so far so good. Woke up witha headache this morning. Hope it goes away after breakfast! Is there an oatmeal muffin you can make? Would love the recipe!

The headaches will do away, I believe that it is just your body getting rid of the bad stuff...hang in there though, it will get easier! I don't have a receipt for oatmeal muffins, but if you go to www.fatshmashforum there are quite a few more receipts to choose from. Good luck with everything, you will do great!

The headache is normal and will pass in a day or so. You may also become restless. I found it hard to sleep on day three, but I was sluggish the first two days. I think the headaches are just withdrawal signs. All addicts go through some form of withdrawal, I am addicticted to food and I don't want to start over with the the headaches, so I am staying on plan. Hang in there and you will be okay. Are you on the regular or extreme fat smash plan.

I really don't know I'm following the diet in First for women that says its the Fat Smash but one week only is detox (no cheese)(no bananas or pineapple or watermelon) and only chicken, fish, turkey also whey protein. Second week loosens up like for cold cereal etc. but the third week is the same as the first and then the fourth week is more relaxed. I will admit I am feeling hungry. I found the recipe for oatmeal muffins but forgot to put the vanilla in them! Oh well I'm going to have one anyways. Does anyone know how many you can have? I know I can have up to 1 cup of oatmeal and brown rice only for my whole grains.
