So i'm in the detox phase of the fat smash (day 1!) and i had a yogurt for breajfast but i'm not hungry for my mid morning snack at all. the book says not to skip meals but what should i do if i'm just not hungry?

One of the things that I find toughest is that I have to force myself to eat. I find now that I am in the middle of detox, I am hungry more often and its not as hard. Keep your head up, its only 9 days. :)

It is best to have just a small portion of something to keep the metabolism going:)

try 1/2 cup of organic unsweetened apple sauce. It is not filling.

I usually have some red seedless grapes. Strawberries are good too.
