Eating much better this week, avoiding processed carbs and allowing myself only 2 servings of grains and 2 servings of fruits. Weight is stable, but it is period week, so I'm not expecting to see any kind of a loss until early next week. Walking at a super-brisk pace M&T, no walking yesterday, pouring rain, which we so needed. This morning I'm awake at too-early-thirty a.m. to do some paperwork before I go for my walk.
