Well, looks like I didn't do as good as I could have done. New year, new approach. I have decided to do any eating between 1pm and 7pm. It's similar to a partial Fast diet, and according to Research, is pretty good for losing weight and keeping diabetes in a normal or near Normal level. I'm doing it.
