last time I went to the gym once, then got the flu. (I caught the jan/feb/march flu epidemic in the netherlands). twice...
I think it's safe to start again now. wanted to be sure I was completely well since the first few times are going to be a system shock :) yesterday it went alright, I think tomorrow i'll skip still so that I have time to let the initial muscle ache settle, then friday, monday, wed, etc. in the 3 day rythm.
16 weeks or so until i'm addicted. once that has settled and i'm used to it, I will start recording food.
but OMG the 12 kilos I gained since last year (talk about yoyo, being off diet and stopping exercise) make up so much more. I burn 300 calories / day more than I did last year. (300 calories... that's 35 grams of fat a day)
anyways good intentions and all of that, but the main plan stands. exercise, then start recording without limiting intake, then limit intake
but this time I am not going to go as extreme as I was. It was fun though but apparently unhealthy. I don't want another bout of feinting etc. so my plan is 300 calories under my requirement. I should be able to deal with that easy (500 was a piece of cake afterall). it'll take almost twice as long to shed the weight but that's fine.
