Possibly doing a photo shoot in about one month. Pin up-esque/sexy Rosie the Riveter style. I don't think I care if I lose weight or inches, but I'm definitely wanting to tone up before the shoot. Will be starting to actually work out tomorrow, want to try for 20-30 minutes of cardio and 20-30 minutes of weight lifting for 5 days/week. This may seem excessive right off the bat, but I don't need to over-do it in that time period, I'm willing for the slow and steady approach. I just want to make sure I get in that amount of time and then gradually increase the intensity as I go.
