I'm a 23 y/o Admin Asst. in the Twin Cities area of Minnesota. Used to be a steady 150 lbs (w/ my lowest at 135). I gained weight slowly out of highschool, topping at 190. I'm now at 170. I'd like to hit a healthy BMI weight of 140 and hold steady there. I haven't set a time frame for this weight goal.
I'm a vegetarian, looking at just eating healthier in general and improving my overall health with diet, exercise and lifestyle. Not really a health nut, but I am health conscious.
