Thanks to the comments & advice, I am trying to add more calories to my diet! It seems like I am forcing myself to eat more when I am not really that hungry.

On the plus side, I am in a wedding at the end of august. I got fitted for my dress about 4 months ago. I tried it on yesterday and it fell off...what a frenzy of emotions that was! On the one side I was ecstatic the dress was huge, and on the other hand, it may be a disaster to get the dress at the last minute....

I will now also take 2 bottles of water to spinning class. I drink about 1L per class, and not that I need more water, I dropped it at the mid point of class, and the class was so jammed packed I couldn't get off my bike and get it without disturbing the people on either side of me. All I could do is stare and pout about my bottle of luke warm tap water on the floor....I am also really bummed about my Saturday morning Zumba class...that was my "exercise dessert". When I went in to class there was a new instructor. She had really long hair that was not tied back or pony tailed, and wearing a ridiculous outfit...either she had no intention of participating the entire class or she was going to whip that wet mop around and violently splash her entire class with her sweat, she was late, blamed her son for losing her iPod that had all of her music, and allowed another class member (I nick named her peppy le pew, because she bounces around so much she uses 1/2 of the room and she fails to apply a correct amount of deodorant before attending a group work out) to start the class for her while she "prepared". I had not broken a sweat in the first 15 minutes of the class so I had to go find something else to do. Really bummed.
