I am a little nervous about starting this diet again... I did WW a few months ago, and was really frustrated because I would go down like 0.6, but then go up 1.5 (for example), and I just lost it. I cried after one of the meetings because I was working out so much and was trying to eat healthy and it did not even pay off by a fraction of a pound.
Also, I work late nights cocktailing, and I am a little worried about my eating schedule. I am going to try hard this time because I am not where I want to be and its driving me crazy!
Well, I guess that's all for now, I just need to stay focused.

You can do this. You have to not think of it as a diet but a lifestyle change and take one day at a time. When I think of a diet, I think of when I get done with this I can eat whatever whenever I want. But my past experience has proven otherwise. My mindset this time is this is a forever way of eating for me. If I lose 1 pound, no pounds or 100 pounds, there is no going back to what I use to do. Good luck!!!
