I am a little nervous about starting this diet again... I did WW a few months ago, and was really frustrated because I would go down like 0.6, but then go up 1.5 (for example), and I just lost it. I cried after one of the meetings because I was working out so much and was trying to eat healthy and it did not even pay off by a fraction of a pound. Also, I work late nights cocktailing, and I am a little worried about my eating schedule. I am going to try hard this time because I am not where I want to be and its driving me crazy! Well, I guess that's all for now, I just need to stay focused.
