Krister's Journal, 11 Aug 10

Hi, I am Krister..as you can see from my profile I am very overweight. In my life I have been 300 plus lbs. two separate times..my current weight is 296, which means I am approaching my possible third time of being 300 plus pounds..this is a devastating thing for me to even write about.
The thing that adds salt to this wound is the fact that I have lost over 100 pounds two times before. Four years after loosing the first 100+ I put 157 pounds on again..my freshman year in college I weighed 357 pounds. I began loosing weight again, at this time(just 8 months ago)I was back down to 254 pounds. It was great..so tonight I sit here, disappointed with myself and wanting my health and 200 pound frame back..I guess from this entry on, I will have to see how bad I truly want it...?

Krister, I do hear you, I have been heavy all my life and am about 300 lbs. now, I am so afraid to get on the scale again. if you would like, I would like to be your friend, perhaps together we can get down to where we want to be.
