GoPackers's Journal, 04 Oct 07

Hi everybody,
I feel like I am dragging, ugh. I have been back for a week but I still don't feel all there yet. Plus, my 2 year old has decided to wake up every morning since I have been back at 5:30 am. Nice internal alarm she has! That along with having to get my 4 year old up and ready for preschool at 7am, I feel beat by noon. I have been taking advantage of naptime though and taking one myself:) I gave myself the goal of working out 3 days this week so I think I can stil hit that goal with my fanny dragging. I took my youngest to the playground this morning and then to Target so that is enough of a workout for me today:) What a slacker! I promise to buckle down tomorrow and do one of my favorites tomorrow:)

Thats not slacking...that is alot of walking. Remember, every little bit counts!! And if you were running with your youngest...even better!! Those are the best way to kill cals cause you don't even know you are doing it!!! Keep up the good work!

I bet if you put on a pedometer you will have done a lot of walking you should try it and stop beating yourself up.

You are doing just fine...running around after a 2 & 4 year old is exercise enough if you ask me! You are doing great so don't be so hard on yourself! You will get there, just give it time!

You're doing great, little ones will give you a workout by just being them I know my boys did - never got to sit more than 10 min @ a time. Loved bedtime, of course at that point I was falling asleep w/them instead of enjoying a little peace to myself, lol.
