It might just be a number to some, but it's a landmark for me! Last time I was under 100kg was a good while ago after many bad habits and bad eating. Serves as a nice boost, and keeping me going till I get to a better weight and much better shape too!

I just started the gym yesterday now, so things just got real 😊 Did a lot of this just using a few weights in the house and some changes to healthier versions of foods that I already ate mostly.

I had the same moment a few weeks back, congrats! 🥳 I’m now at 91.2 slowly creeping to 90 ha ha, it can be done, although finding it harder now. Keep going 💪🏻😊

Yes, thank you! It is an important milestone, though I'm beginning to think my weight might settle around the 95-100kg mark now. As now I'm going to the gym, I'm building muscle faster, and reducing body fat by quite a bit so with muscle weighing more than fat, it's probably going to be around an ideal weight for me. Last few days I have also felt less compulsion to weigh myself as much, as I just feel so much fitter and healthier. I have a lot more energy and just feel better overall.
