I weighed in this morning (even after I drank my meal replacement shake) at 215.5. I told Cassie I went down to 216, though, just because we just round off. I'm SO HAPPY!!!
I noticed it this weekend already. Even Pat commented on how fast I lose weight when I start eating right because she saw how much my stomach had gone down since I started my cleanse.
So this is me. When I'm good, I'm so good. When I'm bad, I'm hopelessly bad. I think I'm really going to be good now, though. Losing seven pounds has really motivated me to REFORM.
:) When I put my new weight in on fatsecret, a screen popped up warning me that I was losing weight too fast. I don't really feel worried about it, though. It will stabilize.
