So today is Saturday once again. I ran Thursday night... a mile... about 40 minutes and felt good after all that... Then Friday didn't do much. Cleaned house...ate veggie pizza...and thats about it. Had cookies again...that is my weakness. I have decided to start hard core today so that I am around more people...its more motivation. I plan on playing alot with the kids outside today so there's some exercise and if i can run again tonight. I know running and low carb will help as 5 years ago i did this exact same thing and was down to 130 and loved the way i look so here we go.... 40-45 pounds to go!!! My goal is by Christmas! I have 3 months... i know i can do it by then... just need some support is all.
