Well, did better yesterday. BUT didn't make it to the gym-did do 8500 steps- had red wine with dinner-BUT did eat more veggies and said no to muffins. So better is OK for yesterday. Here is day two. Striving for the same steps or more and lots of veggies, etc. Gotta get my water in too. Today I have a 4 hour round trip car ride to see my granddaughter. So, more challenging to get the steps in. But I shall surely try. Here goes!
