Woohoo! Somehow I'm able to stay on track easily now and the results are great! Mostly too, I am drinking the water like crazy! Woot! Day 3 and it feels good.

OK Did better yesterday, but not fully on track. I'll take better and see if fully on track can happen today. Did great with water and NO sugar. Woot!
