Well busy week my arthritis flared up and I was told that I can not walk for exercise which really stinks since that is my favorite thing walking the dog on the beach. Hurt my heel and got a cortisone shot and my foot has a small wrap that I have to keep on for 10 days. Shower with plastic bag. Well I weigh myself tomorrow so cross my fingers think I probably lost a pound. I have a picture of my neice and me at her wedding; I put it up for all to see. She is gorgeous. Well happy smashing
