Hey all, I am pretty sluggish still from the jetlag but I am hoping I will feel more energized tomorrow and get back to my workouts. If I put it off too much longer, it'll be a month later before I know it:) I have been eating clean since I got back, though not following EFS yet. My DH goes out of town on Tuesday for a few weeks so I figure I will start cycle 1 when he leaves. Until then, I will make healthy meals and keep it clean. Have a great weekend everyone!
