Starting Day 2 Phase one and we did the interval walking this morning. Well, let me tell ya, I'm sweating just as much as if I had walked the 1.4 miles I would walk usually, but we got done much faster than walking the whole distance, and there are muscles in my butt and thighs that seem to have woken up. I knew they were there, I just haven't felt them for a long time. Hello Vastis Lateralis!
Tonight the kids are making dinner for their ex-step-dad. I'm leaving to have sushi. They are making a coma-inducing feast of carbs, sugar and crab meat. My son is making bread. "But! There'll be wheat germ in there!" Hee.
My 18 month old wiener dog has the cat's catnip toy, and she is rubbing her face all over it, rolling around on the floor. Copy cat. She wishes she was getting high.
Now for breakfast.
