Yesterday i did not follow very well. Did not have snack in the afternoon and had 2 slices of very good very true italian pizza... could not resist... :(
my friend 's restaurant burned to the ground.. very sad and upsetting :'(
76.9 kg Lost so far: 0.6 kg.    Still to go: 13.9 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
