Did really well yesterday again. Didn't want to go running but it's the only day my running buddy could go so I went... I've been struggling with running lately... maybe it's the heat, maybe it's that I haven't pushed myself when I run with her because she stops to walk and I stop with her when I could run more... not last night. I didn't stop for her and I ran the best I've run in quite some time! It felt GREAT!... like I could run for miles! I love that feeling... that feeling is WHY I RUN... It feels GREAT to have lost 2.2 lbs.
