Awesome. I'm gaining weight again. Here's the thing--I was at a conference for the past 5 days, and we ate out a lot. I think the weight gain is directly linked to this reality. But, I did run 4 times last week! So, I suppose that reduced the amount of weight I would have gained otherwise.
