YES! I found out about two weeks ago how one day of a bad food, triggered my hunger and cravings for the next two days. Had to fight hard to get back on track, just as you are! Dang, takes time to recover sometimes but it's awesome that you are paying attention to your body and the food triggers and how everything is effecting you. THATS what matters here, learning how certain foods effect us. You are doing fantastic! Keep up the great work.
