I feel it in my bones. It's gonna happen!!!
It finally clicked that i need to change up my exercise routine and really challenge myself and add frequency. I also realized that I really need to keep it simple with what I eat. Stick to what I know. Cut the calories even more by choose the MOST healthy food instead of the healthy, but somewhat lenient food. I've changed back from Quaker Oatmeal Squares (which are in fact quite healthy) to Kashi GoLean Crunch cereal which is just a tad more beneficial. It ups my fiber and protein intake and reduces fat sugar and sodium... even more. I'm cutting out stupid snacks that I don't need. My daily caloric intake is set at 1500/day however my goal is to never reach that goal but to cut the calories so that my daily intake lands between 1,000 - 1,300 calories.
My struggle really lies in finding the energy to exercise and make the right choices available to me. I also struggle with adding variety. If I don't keep it simple, I start focusing too much on the taste of food and it gets harder to record and minimize when i'm adding 10 ingredients... and when i make food, if it's there, i do tend to eat and i have difficulty with cooking for one... or even just for 2...
I do feel that it is coming though. I see it in my head and I believe that it has registered in my brain!! ;) YEAH!
