So I have been a Fat Secret member before. During that time I went from 260lbs to 249lbs. I wanted a fresh start so I simply created a new account. I am unfortunately back at 265 lbs (plus 5 from the original weight). Last summer I went from 284lbs down to 250lbs. This summer I hope to do even better and to continue that weight loss. I want to break this weight yo-yo once and for all. My overall goal is 130lbs; however, I want to break this down into mini goals.

1st Mini Goal - 240lbs (August 11th)

2nd Mini Goal - 220lbs (September 8th)

3rd Mini Goal - 195lbs (October 13th)

4th Mini Goal - 175lbs (November 17th)

5th Mini Goal - 150lbs (NEW YEARS)

6th Mini Goal - 140lbs (January 20th)

7th Mini Goal - 130lbs (March 1st)
