Just got back into town, after attending my 35th class reunion. Followed P3 reasonably well; had a few carbs...but not many at all. I just don't crave or desire them like I thought I would...during P1 and P2. Stayed within the 2+/2- for P3. Think I will repeat P3 to make sure I reset my hypothalamus as well as to increase my metablolism.
