postfoto dulu sebelum pipi tembem ini bener2 ilang :)). bulan lalu masih ngerasain bb 85, eh udah 76 aja. 4 tahun lalu padahal selama puasa hampir tiap hari lari, total lari selama puasa 130 km lebih tapi cuma turun 3-4 kilo gegara makan dibawah bmr.
