Had an okay day Oatmeal - yogurt rice vegan burger and some veggie soup
Made a batch of veggie soup tonight with leftovers; gravy (my name for tomatoe sauce)oninons, peppers, celery, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, brocolli ,carrots and some beans oh and I added a little bit of corn. Seasoned with chili and garlic of course. Came out pretty good I will have for lunch tomorrow.
Made pizza for my dad and gave my mother a progresso soup = they have new progresso soups that are only 60 calories and 0 point for weight watchers - kinda look good for this diet in a pinch.
I snuck and weighed myself good news I haven't gain any weight - I hope I lose at least 1 pound when I weigh myself this weekend. Not bad consider wedding and 4 birthdays in the last month which means a couple of drinks - I need to get back into some routine but my arthritis is killing my feet have an appointment next week. I really should try swimming at the health club,
