Well, another two pounds. I'm sort of glad that things have slowed down. I was getting scared that the weight was coming off too fast. Not that I do not want to lose weight, but I want it to be a healthy, sustainable weight loss. I don't want to do all this work and not even keep it off.
I have a daily planner that I have been keeping track of my food intake in. What, when, how much, etc. Yesterday I decided just to see how many calories were in what I ate, and it ended up being 1257. I know that last time I was on a 1200 calorie diet I was STARVING. Now I am surprised that my intake was so low, I'm not even hungry at all.
My headache is finally gone, so I can work out today, YAY.
