I have been totally bingeing on Hallowe'en chocolate. So...my wieight shows it. So does my tummy :(
Today is a new day...a new beginning.

84.8 kg Lost so far: 0 kg. Still to go: 7.7 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 0.7 kg a Week
