My question is.. in the recipes section... it doesnt tell me how much is 1 serving. So if I wanted to eat some soup, is 1 cup a serving or 1/2 cup 1 serving??? Someone please help me! Thanks!!

Do you have a specific recipe you're talking about? For most foods, the serving size is included either on the label or in the info. For recipes, it should say how many servings the recipe makes, and you would have to use that to judge how much you had.

I was actually talking about the recipe section on this website. Maybe I am blind but I couldnt find the serving size on these recipes. They show you how many calories per serving. I am aware that it's on the labels. Thank you though!!

I thought that's what you were asking, but I wanted to be sure. :) Generally the recipes don't show you the serving size per se. But they should say how many servings the recipe makes, which can help you determine how big the servings are. The number of servings should be on the left under the picture and links and above the meal type and rating along with the prep. and cooking time.
