FML...eating healthier makes me hungrier and then I eat.... :-(
127.4 kg Lost so far: 1.0 kg.    Still to go: 59.3 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I was like that as well, especially after eating "healthy" (read high carb low cal) food. The ONLY thing that fights fat is FAT. Good Fat! and Protein. I do about 60-30-10, that's 60% fat, 30% protein, 10% carbs of my calories. Or 2000 Cals and <100 Carbs (I usually get no more than 60) That's an AVERAGE. Some days more, some day's less. If you don't like to count, that's OK, just lay off Breads, Grains, Legumes (peanuts are NOT nuts), most Fruit (NO SMOOTHIES), except for some berries, Nuts (pecans/walnuts) and good fats like avocado and non-processed meats (grass-fed) and fish. I've lost 5"+ waistline and no hunger/headaches/cravings... Keto is the way...

I have always wanted to eat Bacon and pork rinds and cheese. Now I can and that helps me cope. Good luck!

you're hungry because your body is lacking nutrients... make sure to load up on veggies and fruit throughout the day to keep that balance... had a big piece of boneless chicken breast with bell peppers and it hit the spot....
