Today was pretty good, havent had dinner yet, watching Biggest Loser Finale.But overall I think this whole diet thing is finally starting to work for me,or is it the slimfasts Ive been having for breakfast in the mornings?It quick and easy and fewer calories.Well off to watch my show now.later

Hi! You're right about the crazy insane amount of exercise those people do on Biggest Loser. I get overtraining injuries as is. But I guess they just get to their goals faster, while normal people take their time. I couldn't believe it when Kelly was training around the herniated disk! That's so insane! But I love the show and think it's huge motivation. I hope to catch some re-runs now that I'm an addict.
