It seems as though the weight is not coming off as fast as it did in phase 1. I think i may go back to detox and see where i am going wrong... Nonetheless, I didn't gain any weight so thats good.

In Phase II, you are only supposed to be loosing 1-2 pounds a week. If you are following the guidelines, I'm sure you doing just great. If you think you're not following it correctly, just take another look at the book. I know that the book doesn't say to do this until Phase III, but maybe adding in a day or two of Phase I into your Phase II week will help.

You're doing great!! Elsie is right, 1-2 pounds a week is how much you're supposed to lose after detox. If you think about, in a month you'll be 5 to 10 pounds lighter than you are right now! Slow and steady....that's how to do it. You've done really well & should be proud!

i think that you are doing great. If you lose too much too quick its not healthy. I am impressed because I am still losing some of my pregnance weight. The first one tends to come off easier plus your young which is on your side too. I think your doing great. Some people have just a naturally higher metabolism and lose easier and maybe because of that you don't need to follow this diet so closely.
