Wow, another five pounds. I can't believe it. That's pretty cool. I did some cardio, i did some balance ball strength work. and MAN. I'd love it if this trend continues.

Since I can eat semi-normal foods now, I went to my friend's house for dinner last night. I had an extra lean hamburger with a cheese slice. Instead of a bun, I wrapped it in a few slices of lettuce and shoved a few tomato slices in there. It was okay, I didn't really even miss the bun. I could have done without the atkins comments, but yeah.

Also, I'm SO excited to get to eat cereal again. I had a bowl for my late snack yesterday and it was WONDERFUL. I had it with fat free vanilla soy milk instead of regular milk, so it was a little sweet tasting. I also had a smoothie, some roasted veggies, a salad, and an apple throughout the day. I'm trying to keep Phase I foods going here. I think that is going to be key.

I love the "bun-free cheeseburger"!! Your post is making me want one - oh so good. I spread a little fat free mayo on the lettuce, and fill it with onions, pickles, tomatos, oh man! You're right about the bun - don't even miss it now. Great job - keep it up!

Your new eating habits should be applauded. I'm happy that you feel soo good. You said, "If the trend continues..." It should! you're in control of all your actions. Keep it Up!
