Wow, another five pounds. I can't believe it. That's pretty cool. I did some cardio, i did some balance ball strength work. and MAN. I'd love it if this trend continues.
Since I can eat semi-normal foods now, I went to my friend's house for dinner last night. I had an extra lean hamburger with a cheese slice. Instead of a bun, I wrapped it in a few slices of lettuce and shoved a few tomato slices in there. It was okay, I didn't really even miss the bun. I could have done without the atkins comments, but yeah.
Also, I'm SO excited to get to eat cereal again. I had a bowl for my late snack yesterday and it was WONDERFUL. I had it with fat free vanilla soy milk instead of regular milk, so it was a little sweet tasting. I also had a smoothie, some roasted veggies, a salad, and an apple throughout the day. I'm trying to keep Phase I foods going here. I think that is going to be key.
