The hardest thing for me is trying to find something to eat that is healthy and not so boring...I used to live to eat instead of eating to live which is a completely different mindset...I come from a family that loves to cook and loves to eat so I struggle with the get togethers, but so far so good...even when there is fried food or pizza, I try to just eat one slice and lots of vegetables or salad..just need to keep reminding myself of my goal...I also have noticed that I am eating waaaay too much fat, another thing I was so used to before...going to have to try and cut back on that as well.
