Hello,
My name is Melanie Beck....I am a 37 year old mother of 2...I stay home with my children and love every minute of it...I am about 20 or so pounds over my ideal weight...I would love to be more active and have more energy for my kids which is why I decided to start eating better and exercising more!! If you have any suggestions for the mother on the go to lose pounds, please let me know...The problem I have is I don't take the time for myself or by the end of the day, I'm too tired to exercise. Looking for anybody's input here as to how they have overcome this challenge.
