First of all, I originally entered what I thought was my weight...Boy was I surprised when I got on the scale and I weighed 174..I guess when you don't ever look at the scale,that's not such a good thing...Since I've been eating better, I have lost 1 pound 1/2...so I'm very happy so far...I just need to keep myself motivated to eat better and less.
