Phase I is over and it's on to Phase II. I followed the rules in Phase I 100%. I did the activity and ate the correct foods. Man am I satisfied with the results.
On day five I got my period and felt bloated, so I stopped weighing myself; although I'm positive that there was some water I was retaining. Additionally, I have been having some reproductive health issues and my OB/GYN forced me to start taking birth control. However, a 15 pound overall loss is nothing to complain about.
I decided to continue on with the Phases, but when I'm at home, I will probably eat more Phase I food than anything else.
