any time you question something look it up, on keto total carbs of 20 add up quickly, better served eating quality food than something with no value. now on not losing on keto, not having your macro's in line is one thing that can effect weight loss. eating foods your body reacts to is another. for some people dairy has a negative effect on their weight loss. some veggies can do it to.

if it fits your macros, you can eat it. I personally think popcorn isn't good enough to fill up all of the allowance of carbs. punch in to fat secret the amount of popcorn you'll measure out to eat. then decide if you want the popcorn. honestly with keto, keep your carbs in range and you'll stay in ketosis. no need to chase blood ketones. they'll happen as a metabolic effect of the keto way of eating. as always, even with keto, it's still CICO. I personally just find I don't have hunger on keto as I do the SAD .

The internet has so many sample keto recipes and on here I track my net carbs, protein, sugar. It is very surprising how many foods have sugars in them. Need to become a food label warrior. Hardest thing for me on keto was upping fat, keeping carbs to 20 grams or under a day. I lived on bread, pizza and microwave food. Now that I have a basic understanding I can make up new recipes on my own (and yes, it does take some prep time now as cooking real food, finding good fats, isn't as easy as going from freezer to microwave). Does Starbucks ice coffee contain a sweetner? You have to be careful with those. And try to get enough protein
