Lost another pound. I really watch what I am eating - portion sizes, calories, time of day, etc. It seems like a slow journey, but I guess that's okay as long as I am losing and not gaining. I am supposed to walk daily, but between all my unpacking (moved), and my arthritis flare-up, I think for now I am getting a good amount of exercise walking all over the new apartment and bending and stretching getting things out of boxes and onto shelves. As soon as I get everything in its place - maybe another week tops - I will begin to hit the gym here in the complex and walk on days that allow it. Jibber
