I did not get in as much extra time for exercising this week due to rainy weather, and garden planting. I feel like I'm slacking off if I don't do an addictional 2 or 2½ mile walk in the evening. Sorry to say it was a busy week with Moms birthday, and getting my garden planted. On the positive not I received alot of compliments about my weight loss this week, it's a real motivational booster.
