day 9 done...yeah! My mom started today so she can grade my spelling a grammar on here. ;) so I feel great. Back to work today so it made it easier than yesterday. Tomorrow I weigh in and I am going to have a small cup of coffee in the am! :) :) I am ready for phase 2 but i am not going to just jump in...baby steps.i will add meat to my lunch I think and my coffee. smash on!
