I am so freaking happy that my weight is finally dropping. I haven’t seen 142 for long time. Do I hear 139? Break out the party glasses for that one. I’ve been trying weight watchers, sort of. I’m trying to eat as many of their zero point foods as possible. I’m also having macha tea and upping my vitamins and B 12. Also trying to get my water in. Haven’t been able to get my workout routine going, but that’s next. Good luck to all!
