Ive had a headache all day today cuz i didnt get much sleep cuz my fiance woke me up early cuz he has class.i didnt eat much all day but for the first time since week i feel to snack,trying to fight the urge, lets see wat happens.
im also goin to cut out coffee cuz i read an article that says it hinders weight loss.wonder if it is true?
